Decided to put together my own World of Warcraft UI add-on compilation. This package contains add-ons that I find most useful in WoW. I've tried to just enhance the existing UI, so don't expect anything too flashy here. I've noticed a huge lag on my machine (only an Athlon 2200+ with 1.5G of RAM) when I setup too many add-ons.

Some of these addons have had their default settings tweaked by me. I'm not a software developer, so assistance and advice is always welcome. Submit them on the forums.

You can download the current version here.

Installation

  1. Remove the \Interface, \WTF, and \WDB folder from your World of Warcraft installation for new installations. You shouldn't need to remove the \WTF and \WDB if you are upgrading. Just remove your \Interface folder.
  2. Uncompress the zip file into your World of Warcraft folder.
  3. Run the game!

  • Moved back to using CTMod. (Eliminated some pieces that I found were CPU hogs or really hurt the frame rate on my machine)
  • Added LootHog back into the list of add-ons.
  • Added ClickHeal instead of CastParty. (Development on CastParty has been slow and the addon is too buggy at this point to continue to use.
  • UberQuest has been removed. No longer appears to be actively updated.
  • Added KLH Threat Meter to the list of add-ons.
  • General add-on updates.
  • Removed SCT (I actually like the Blizzard one)
  • Buttons across the map are now organized and shouldn't be overlapped.

Upcoming Things

  • Light weight damage meters. (I don't want to add anything that'll tax my frame rate, which for me is key to end game instances like BWL and NAX.)
