From where I stand, if he wins the election, he is the president. It’s as simple as that. Even if my candidate looses, the winner is the legit president and thus gets the respect of that office that he earned. I may disagree with his policies, and I will fight him tooth and nail on them, but he is still the president. Currently, There are many challenges to President Obama’s eligibility to be president based on questions surrounding his birth. At last check there were over one dozen lawsuits pending, all requesting proof of his birth in Hawaii. The problem? The Certificate of Live birth that President Obama produced is not actually proof he was born in Hawaii.

This quote is right from the State of Hawaii Dept of Health:

* Who is eligible to apply and how to apply for an amendment?

Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.

Now the problem here is that a Certificate of Live Birth, from what I understand (and please correct me if I’m wrong), is an amendment to the original birth certificate. You can request a modification to your birth certificate and that is what you get. So where is the original? It would obviously clear everything up…

But when WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi went there, he was told any Obama records were sealed, and although they would be released if the person made the request, Obama simply has refused to do that.

Corsi also traveled to Kenya where he was also told records pertaining to Obama in Kenya were sealed.

The President’s original birth certificate and law school school apps are ALL sealed. These documents would shut everyone up, yet he continues to keep them sealed. As a candidate he pledged transparency, but I guess that was a farce. It is also nothing new that information that might bring to light questions about his past associates are also sealed. We wouldn’t want to “ayer” any dirty laundry now.

I have a really important question and this thought has been going through my mind. He’s been in office for almost 3 months. In that time he’s issued many executive orders, got the “stimulus” package pushed through congress, and signed numerous pieces of legislation. What happens to all of those executive orders and pieces of legislation if later on down the road those documents are released and his birth in the US is determined to be in error? Who is the president? Biden can’t really be allowed since he ran along side an illegitimate candidate. What about all that money? *poof* gone.

Now maybe I’m going to go out on a limb. I am neither Republican or Democrat, so believe me his party affiliation is irrelevant, but it is my feeling that his party should pay back a portion of the damages they have incurred on the country as a result of their incompetence and lack of checking into his eligibility.
